Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an e-ARC of this title in exchange for my honest review. My 8 year old granddaughter and I went through it. I found it colorful, easy to read and with fun experiments. She liked that the experiments were interesting and looked fun and didn't cost too much to do. Many of the items suggested would likely already be in your house! I'd highly recommend this title.
Quantity over quality. There was a lot missing here for me. I feel like the author tried to just get 365 experiments in one book but some of the experiments were uninspiring, repetitive, not complete, or just not meaningful. There should've been more substance and context around the experiments to make them quality learning opportunities.
mouse trap cars to hot air balloons, dragon fly helicopters to underwater volcanoes, 365 Weird & Wonderful Science Experiments offers so many fun, hands-on experiments and challenges that will keep kids (and you) busy all year long!
It's great to have on hand for parents and teachers for those days you need an activity to keep the kids entertained.

The jumping coin and egg experiments were by far my favorites although there are many engaging and easy to implement activities both at home and within classrooms using everyday materials
This is an awesome book recommended by my librarian. It has 365 amazing and fun science experiments. One for a day. And almost all of them include normal household items. But for indians, many experiments ask for things not available in many indian homes like a yardstick and wooden skewer etc. But in contrast the book was very nice.
