This is probably an okay book, but right out of the shoot, there was an error. It says all the bones are connected to other bones which is not correct. The hyoid bone is anchored by muscles. After that, I encountered enough incomplete sentences to make me stressed. I mean, those are okay for Dr. Seuss, but not for a science book. AAAAAAHHHH! What is this world coming to? There are some riddles at the end of the book that may amuse children enough that they may learn something. We have swallowed that lie that all learning must be amusing. No, some things are fascinating all by themselves. So there.
Exceptionally creative--guess the animal that matches the skeleton shown, then hold up to a window/light & the pic of the complete animal on the reverse side of the page shows through. Very fun and kiddo approved.
