Properly, Or Not at All
Can a husband and wife cope when one of their favourite sexual pastimes is taken away from them?
Tristan and Jayme are not only devoted husband and wife, they are also Dominant and submissive, with a particular penchant for spanking. Male dominants are sometimes more stubborn than they need to be. Tristan suffers a physical set back with his spanking hand. Interestingly enough, Tristan's left hand is in perfect working order, yet he doesn't feel as if he can spank with it. This is an all or nothing kind of guy. When he does not have it his way, he will do nothing. Oh my. His poor wife, Jayme, will be going through a spanking denial play whether she likes it or not.
I was afraid this story was going to be a cheating one where Jayme found her spankings elsewhere. Fortunately, this is not the case. She does do a little something naughty which twerks Tristan. I felt Jayme was perfectly reasonable to take matters into her own hands, so to speak.
The story is straightforward with basically two sensual scenes. The nice little break in between help keep this book from falling into the erotic porn category. The setup and conflict between the couple is realistic. The ultimate is a bit drastic. Fortunately, the ending is a sweet erotica re-connection. The writing is visually pleasing and the sex is kinky arousing. Recommended for erotica lovers who enjoy a bit of kinky fun.

A Blistering Read!
This is another blistering read from author Lucy Felthouse. Forced to temporarily draw a halt to one of their favourite pastimes, Tristan and Jayme make valiant efforts to cope with the situation. However it is not easy for this kinky couple, and sorely missing this part of their relationship, Jayme takes matters into her own hands to ease the ache within her… Yet husband and Dom Tristram is less than impressed with the solo efforts of his wayward Sub. His reaction and the ensuing activities made this an entertaining and pleasurable read!
Recommended to fans of erotic romance and erotica who are after a short read guaranteed to please.

Short, hot read. This is definitely a short and to the point read but it has a great story. Properly, or not at all, sums up this read. I like the Tristan and Jayme have a well established and very loving relationship.

My oh My, Lucy has struck gold yet again.
A short and very hot read. Jayme and Tristan have a very happy and healthy D/s relationship where spanking is on the menu alot. Unfortunately, a health issues forces them to try and adapt the way they do things with comical and steamy results. Once given the all clear, the sexy pair get back into the spanking of things again with a hot and steamy conclusion.
If you like erotica, then this is a fantastic short read. Well done Lucy for keeping the juices flowing

Well that was hot! This is a short story but it's full. Jayme and Tristan are in a loving marriage but sadly Tristan has something wrong with his hand and can't slap her bum. They are in a bdsm marriage and both their favorite thing is spanking. She does something and is caught but wow the sex scenes after it is wow!! All this story is is sex and a lot of it. Enjoy!

Tristan is gutted when a medical condition means he has to stop spanking sub/wife Jayme for a while. He tries with his other hand but to no avail so vows they will have to wait until he can do it properly or not at all. Jayme has other ideas but how will Tristan react? A squirm in your seat corker!

Carpal-Tunnel puts a kink into their playtime
This was a bit of a mix for me. I liked the story-line as I thought it was an interesting take on a BDSM relationship where one part of the normal play relationship (spanking) could not be done for a while. This is because Tristan has carpal-tunnel and cannot use his right hand. The characters were not only in a BDSM relationship but has also been together for 15 years of which 10 were married. So the thing I immediately thought was use your left hand instead. I mean I have never heard or read anything about a Dom just using one hand to spank with. So like WTHeck???? Anyway, I put that thought aside and kept reading expecting that they would come up with new things to do to try and take the place of the spanking. But this never happened until near the end when the h, Jayme, got a bit creative and tried something herself but was caught, and then was punished for it which made no sense to me at all.
I would say that the story is well written. You can tell that the author is from England as there is a lot of British slang, phrasing and a few mentions of places. This did not bother me as I use some of these myself, example is arse, but if you are not used to this then you may scratch your head over a few things but you will still get them.

Short but steamy hot hot. Without a doubt, this was the shortest book I've ever read. Yet, probably one of the hottest. There is sex, practically during the entire book, The story is about a long-time married couple Jayme and Tristan, practicing Dom/sub kinky sex. These are 2 consenting adults who love each other but they miss the spanking aspect of their sexual practices as Tristan is awaiting an operation for carpal tunnel syndrome which prohibits exerting his affected wrist.
I feel the book isn't really about the storyline but the hot sex. As far as the hotness factor is concerned, the book certainly delivers. Very well edited.

This is a short erotic story with spanking as the theme. The story is well written and easy to read, with a couple of fun characters facing a realistic issue. How they end of dealing with it is rather interesting and, I have to say, kind of fun as well. Overall, a nice and enjoyable evening read, particularly for fans of a little spanking.

I like reading this story about a husband and wife that love each other and are perfect for each other. He is her Dom to her being his sub. They like spanking but when he has carpal tunnel surgery, he is advised not to do any spanking until medically cleared. Being the good dom, he tells her that either he does it properly or not at all, he does take care of her. It is about them taking care of each other's needs. I find that beautiful.

I felt that the author had the ability to convey some depth to the personalities of the characters bringing a greater sense of reality to her story.
The writing draws you in and keeps you interested until the end.

I've read several books written by Lucy Felthouse; she has done a great job at writing a good short story; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

This is a short steamy read about a married couple who have to figure out how to work around an injury whilst not loosing their steamy sessions. It’s a nice read and the characters are obviously very relaxed with each other and have good chemistry together.
