Doom battles the combined might of an entire world to maintain his But can even he stand against the Avengers, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four...and every other hero on Earth? It seems like all hope is until a desperate gambit gives the heroes exactly what they need to win! But Doom has a desperate gambit of his one that, though it's never been attempted before, combines all his sorcery and science into a single brutal attack. It all leads to a shocking conclusion - with consequences that will reverberate throughout the entire Marvel Universe in this penultimate issue!
The only one who could ever beat Doom is Doom, and he’s proven it here. For all his power and pride he cannot allow anyone to disrespect him. He once promised never to harm Val, and look at what he did.
I am enjoying this series but I am so pleased that it will end next month, I mean enough is enough with the Doctor Doom world conquest every other year. I am concurrently reading Fantastic Four comics from 1999- forward and am on issue #29. Unoriginally enough the storyline I am reading is about Doctor Doom also trying to conquer the world, actually two Earths. One was created by Franklin Richards. Time to end these Doom conquers all please!
Doom is such a fun silly villain but also so fucking evil because as soon as someone starts beating him he goes “yeah so now all your powers are gone. But only till the end of this fight because I’m not cruel *cough cough* like the scarlet witch *cough cough*” and then turns around a goes “I’ll just kill everyone and make it a canon event” and then turns around to sees that he’s decapitated his favorite niece 😭
As the end is approaching, Doom is winning one battle after another. I might say this is new and nice, until at the end... the only person he cares above all is compromised. I don't know if it's cringy or a nice bow to classic comic writing. I really hope that this is not the blueprint for the next Avengers movie.

Awesome issue of One World Under Doom. The Storyline and artwork were outstanding. I loved how the writer shifted the final battle scene where everything is being told through the eyes of Doom.
