Interesting book, was very easy to understand as someone who had only studied nuclear physics at a first year uni level. This book has increased my knowledge of nuclear engineering a lot, covers many topics very well and doesn't go too much in detail (there are some interesting appendices however). Overall a great first nuclear engineering book
