"It isn't what you've done yourself- it's what all the people within the context of that time have done… All of the people who spoke up and all of the people who stood behind those that spoke up."
–Julia Rustilla

"Remember- your heart is a weapon the size of your fist. Keep fighting. Keep loving."

"Nada de importancia para el pueblo se decide en las urnas."

"A commitment to social justice can easily begin to feel like a burden when we only see the work to be done and lose sight of the things we care about and believe in, when we lose the ability to envision the world we want to live in. Simple gestures of freedom and liberation, we hope these pieces inspire, and can be used to bring out inspiration in our activism, organizing and social movements."

This collection of copyright-free graphics is an essential addition to every lefty's library. Chapters are divided by topic and are chock full of stuff for you to photocopy and use. Chances are that you know at least one of the artists in here, so reproduce! And revolt!

More of a skim really. I definitely prefer the more hopeful images. Nicely balanced.
