Great to Jumpstart your Weight Management Plan

I have struggled with the scale all my life. I either obsess or avoid it. This book had given me encouraging advice on how to tackle the problem head on so that I'm able to use the scale as a powerful weight management tool. If you are trying to lose weight, this is a great book to read.
