Part 2 of the sexy Alphabet Game, that Gabe and Stella are still playing!

I'm not sure which part of the story I like best...is it the sexy game or is it the revenge plot....hmmmmm.....let me think for a moment...hahaha actually I couldn't care less if Stella never achieves her revenge goal as long as I can read about their sexy exploits lol.

Andie has done a great job of packing a lot of detail into this short novella and I can't wait to read the next part! yep, another cliffy!! Grrrrr

The plot thickens 3.5 stars.

The previous book didn't really grab me and I was very much on the fence but after reading this I'm intrigued. As we suspected there's a lot more to this, it goes deeper than we thought, just how deep, we'll have to wait and see but I'm now committed.
I'm still not completely sold on either Stella or Gabe and I was so annoyed with Stella when she carelessly lets it slip that she's been to the London club and I'm not really sure where the alphabet game enters into it, how is she ever going to infiltrate her stepfather's sex clubs but it's entertaining and I need to stop reading so much into it.
Ends on a huge cliffhanger so it's straight onto book 3 for me.

~~~~~~~
REVIEW: THE ALPHABET GAME Part Two F to K is the second instalment in Andie M. Long’s contemporary, adult, erotic BDSM The Alphabet Novella Series. This is the continuing story of Stella Mulroney and Gabe Gregory whose goals are to take down Stella’s step father and Gabe’s father in a game of that will see Stella and Gabe uncover dark and dangerous hidden family secrets.
The storyline follows Stella and Gabe’s relationship –one built on mutual need, trust and a sexual game that follows every letter of the alphabet. After discovering there is a deeper family connection than a shared business, Stella hires a private investigator who uncovers a few more secrets than the family has led on. Heading to New York to confront her step-sister, Stella and Gabe will come face to face with both of their pasts and their present.
The world building continues as Stella searches for answers that take her from England to New York and onto the streets of The Big Apple. Gabe’s connection to Stella’s family will become much clearer when New York has more to reveal than Rockefeller Plaza and Central Park.
Some of the previous storyline characters play a small secondary role in Part Two but the introduction of Stella’s step sister and Gabe’s mother adds a shocking cliff hanger to a story already filled with unbelievable coincidences and connections.
THE APHABLET GAME Part Two is an erotic storyline where two strangers have much more in common than their mutual disdain for the family patriarch. Andie M. Long is a U.K. author whose storylines are awash in British terminology and colloquialisms, and in this, some of the meanings and applications were confusing to this North American reader. The writing style remains slightly uneven and jumpy but there is a definite build up of suspense to the story. Gabe and Stella’s fathers have a connection that goes back more than twenty years and with it comes the revelation that our leading couple never really knew anything about their families-at all.
My only concern is the lack of background information and character building of Gabe and Stella. What we have is the present and very little information about the past. Let’s hope more is revealing in the next instalment.
FIVE GOLDEN STARS
Reviewed by Sharon Thérèse Nuttall for Kindle Friends Forever
I read The Alphabet Game #1 A to E in a day and couldn't write the review quick enough! The author hasn't let me down with the follow up of the first book in this fan-bloody-tastic series. The sex is reach for the fan as soon as you can material! But at the cutting edge of a good read is without a doubt, the plot. It’s so down to earth, so feasible, but at the same time, so unpredictable that you’ll be on tenterhooks. And that is exactly what I look for in a good book.
Stella and Gabe have big problems with a capital B! No pun intended on my part! And the only way to solve them is to make a pact of sorts. Hence, the Alphabet Game. How on earth Gabe (the author), dreamt it up is beyond me! Book #1 leaves us hanging on a steep cliff when Stella has an extremely unpleasant surprise.
Book #2 flows perfectly from the last paragraph of A to E to F to K. Now she’s made a decision of sorts. Not to get involved and take matters into her own hands. She’s had enough of Gabe’s luscious invention, and even though she’s got the gist of it, she misses playing the game. Easier said than done when you've got a gorgeous hunk of a man with muscles in all the right places who begs for forgiveness with her one weakness, M&Ms!
description
It wouldn't be fair if I told you more; however, vengeance is supreme in this fast and quite hilarious story of two lovers that don’t want to get involved. Past issues are of utmost importance and will this bring them together or pull them apart? Coincidences collide, secrets are unfolded, and trust is questioned. I really must tell you that these two loveable characters’ personalities are simply described to perfection. The banter between the protagonists had me reading out aloud and laughing even louder. Quite incredible! I really like the grammatical tense that the author has used too.
Before I say hi to Ms. Long, I would like to quote my favourite passage; “Come get me then. Beg, crawl, whatever you like. Because you don’t get to talk to me like you have today and get away with it.” Say no more folks! Read it! There are no spoilers in this review.
Ms Long! What can I say? A sleepless night was well worth it! I salute you. Bravissimo!
WOW! This one is a 10 stars for sure!!! Super awesome! Loved it!!!
I gotta say I liked this one a bit more than part one, and I really loved part one but on part two I guess there are more emotions. The characters who I absolutely adore are more developed. You get to know them a little bit more and I felt like there was more of them showed. I laughed so hard with some parts but none like the M&M's part when they are in New York (OMG) I thought I would wake up my family because I could not stop laughing. The dialog is super cool because the author is from the UK so it is not an American dialog and some words are kinda funny for us (like for example "fanny") or maybe that's just me. Some of my favorite parts on the story is when they are in New York. The author really describes New York perfectly and it really took me there (I love New York) and all the descriptions were making me remember when I have been there visiting. We saw a little bit of Stella's best friend and I was a bit sad we did not get much of her in this story as she is in rehab but maybe we will get more of her in the next installment (she is a hoot). There is a big twist in the end of the story and I did not see it coming at all so that makes this one an automatic 5 stars for me and like I said if I could rate it more I would.
You will fall in love with this characters and they really are just that "characters" lol! They really are something and I love them (both of them). This is part two so you need to read part one before this one.
The letter they played on this one were fun, H and K were my favorites :)
There was plenty of steam and lots of entertaining parts. The story keeps you reading because you want to know more. I can't hardly wait for the next installment in the alphabet game.
To all the people anxiously awaiting this next instalment of The Alphabet Game F-K I just want to say.......it's worth the wait!
Usually when reading, I highlight parts that I want to return too. Whilst reading this book I highlighted none. Was there nothing worthy of highlighting I hear you say. To that, I say the whole book was worthy of being highlighted. Even so that is not the reason I refrained. The reason not one morsel of this delectable book was highlighted was because I was so engrossed, so engaged, so completely in their world that I didn't realise it was the end......until it was, then I wanted to scream.
Andie M Long has such a way of writing that there will never be enough, you will always want another page.
This instalment had continuous action, Gabe and Stella are incredibly entertaining and I find myself falling in lust with them both. Stella is a different kind of heroine and I like it, usually you get either the broken heroine or the superwoman, she is just the right balance, in the middle, making her 'real'. The same can be said about Gabe, just the right amount of Alpha with a dash of vulnerability.
The twists and turn's the author manage's to include in each book is incredible, she's able to have so much going on without making you feel like any individual scene has not been given 100% of her time to make it 'just so'.
Great book, I cannot wait for the next part!
****** I have received this ARC for my honest review**********
This is the second part of this story., also a short novella.
Stella was advised not to trust Gabe because of things he did in his past. This information came from not such a reliable source. Her friend Ronnie hits rock bottom and is in rehab. Stella feels like she can't trust anyone.
If the author continues to write a short novella for every 5 alphabet letters I will lose interest. The stories should be released fairly close to each other to keep anyone interested in this story.
The author has great characters in the story. The story is getting better. I will read the next book to see what happens with the cliff hanger.
***If your list isn't to long, Place it on your To Be Read  (TBR ) list of books. You can read this while you are waiting for your next novel to become available ****  I am not sure If I would buy it, I don't see myself reading it again. I do recommend to purchase this book if it something that you fell in love with.
***updated Jun 2nd ***
The Author has advised that we will not have to wait a long period of time for the next installments, This was one of my concerns when I started to review this series. When the story is so short and has you by the N*ts waiting to find out what happens, you don't want to lose interest. With everyone's TBR list being so big and the release of so many great books that will be easy to do.
This is the second book in the series. You need to of read book one before you read this book.
The second book continues right where book 1 finished. Stella's life has been thrown a giant curve ball. She had put all her trust in Gabe with regards to her plans to bring her stepfather's company down, but also with The alphabet game game that her and Gabe play sexually. Stella has been told she can't trust Gabe and has been given information about him. What us she going to do? Who can she trust?
Stella is still he'll bent on destroying her stepfathers business in book 2 and you get to see more about her plans in this book. There are a few more twists and turns throughout the book also.
Book 2 gives you a better insight to both Stella's and Gabe's past and present. You also get some of your questions answered from the first book. Unfortunately as this is a very short book, you end up with another cliffhanger and more questions to be answered in the next book.
This book continues to make the characters in the book stronger and stronger. The sexually chemistry us very hot and the sex scenes were originally and not predictable.
Looking forward to book 3.
This Series just keeps getting better and better !
Stella is still determined to bring down her step father Mitch, with the help of sexy Gabe, while still playing the alphabet game. We pick up the story just after that cliffhanger, Stella has a decision to make believe a man she hardly knows or the stepfather she detests and some secrets are revealed too, rocking Stella's world.
In this novella the game starts at F and goes through to K, and it's HOT once again.Gabe pushes Stella sexual boundaries. Stella discovers she is starting to enjoy having her boundaries pushed.
We see a vulnerable side to Gabe too , this made me love him a little more.
I also get the feeling Gabe maybe be falling for Stella, but does Stella feel the same ?
Loved that M&Ms featured heavily in this book as I love them too and added a little humour to the story line.
I'm really enjoying this series, it has so many elements the revenge plot, the relationship between Gabe and Stella, what are Stella's stepfather and Gabe's dad really into and once again it ended in a cliffhanger, just as I was totally engrossed in it.
I eagerly await the next instalment, well done Andie !
This is book 2 in a series. This book picks up right where book 1 left off. Stella was advised not to trust Gabe because of things he did in his past. This information came from a source that is even less reliable than Gabe is being presented as. Her friend Ronnie hits rock bottom and is in rehab. Stella feels like she can’t trust anyone.
The book is well written, with good grammar and spelling. I’m sorry to say, that it just isn’t grabbing me as a book should. I was hoping Stella would grow on me but she doesn’t. She just annoys me more. And Gabe, well, it was sexy in the beginning, his alpha, dirty mouths actions, now its just get crude and crusty. The author really did a fabulous job on this book as well as the first book, she is definitely good at the “cliffy”, but its just not a story that is going to grab me and reel me in and I apologize for that, but I guess as an author you cant please everyone.
I wish the author well, and I praise her writing in general, and I would absolutely give something else she wrote a try, I’m just not really that into Gabe and Stella.
Again the author shows me that sometimes novellas are WORTH IT!
Andie Long has definitely delivered with Part Two! Stella and Gabe were sorely missed, so I was so glad to see that we get to pick up right where we left off. In Part Two we visit more of what makes Stella, Stella. She has lived a privileged life but she is finding that nothing in her life is what it seems. whether it's her mother, her best friend or Gabe.
Gabe and Stella's lessons F-K are in full swing and they are perfect together, thankfully Ms. Long gives us a perfect view of their experiences.(And can I say THANK YOU they are H.O.T)
While some of Gabe's secrets become known Stella feels a pull to know more. Her determination reveals much in this instalment, and once again we are hit with a cliffhanger.
LUCKILY next month is not too long to wait for MORE! I know it will be worth it since the story is unfolding so smoothly and getting better & better!
(sorry for such a brief review but I never give out spoilers ....of any kind)
Omg what an ending!!
Stella and Gabriel are still playing the alphabet game, the sex is this book is really hot.
This story starts off where book one (A-E) left off.
Stella is feeling betrayed by Gabriel also finds out her best friend Ronnie has been admitted to rehab. Stella receives a phone call off her step-father telling her to stay away from her mother unless he's around, Stella decides she needs to find out more information about her step-fathers and Mr Gregory's business deals also her step sister Isabel so she decides to hire a private investigator. Stella really wants to make things up with her mum so she decides to pay her a visit but what she sees destroys her. The private investigator finds out where her sister is living, she decides to go a visit.
I'm going to leave it there, if you wanna no whats happens next you really need to go and read the book!
I love this series, the story is getting more intense with each book,can't wait to read the third book!
Thank you for giving me a chance to read this for an honest review.
I was given this book from the author for an honest review.
It continues where it left off, Stella trying to figure out who to believe and trust. She continues on to ruin her stepfather, Mitch, but doesn't necessarily want Gabe's help anymore because of what she's learned from her stepfather about Gabe. Stella hires a private investigator, to help with taking down her stepfather and she asks him to look for her stepsister, so she can get some answers from her.
Stella and Gabe continue on with the Alphabet game, but Stella notices something different with their relationship. She doesn't want to think to much of it, since Gabe has put it out there he doesn't want a relationship right now, but something is different.
When Stella finds out where her stepsister lives, she and Gabe travel to New York. What they both find out, just leaves you hanging.
I can't wait for the next book in the series. It's HOT & SEXY a must read.
So we start where part 1 left off, Stella is having a very hard time trying t get her head around the course of events from the restaurant.
Poor Ronnie, alcoholic, Who'd have thought it, even in treatment she was a giggle. They are both good friends who seem to bounce off each other.
how sad for Stella to realize those things about her mum and the threatening way her step father is towards her.
The plot thickens with regards to the two parents!
You get very mixed signals with Stella, she appears tough on the outside but crumbles almost at the drop of a hat!
Gabe, finally gets Stella to talk with her, and he is really sweet but they both blow hot and cold towards each other, they are most definitely a Work in Progress.
They both end up in New York, Stella's step sister Isabel, who has history with Gabe, might have answers.
Well blimey, one answer is apparent, as they meet Isabel at her house in New York! But a whole load of other questions open up!
Another fan-fricking-tastic novella by Long
Seriously, and here's me thinking this couldn't get any hotter, I shit you not, it totes does!
This alphabet game is fucking genius...I tell you and some of the stuff you can come up with is out of this world.
At the end of Part #1 we see Stella his a brick wall, her world was crumbling around her and she's got no one to turn to anymore...no Gabe, no Ronnie and certainly not her mother.
Stella is still set on her warpath of the destruction of her step-father...furthermore, she's hired a PI to search for her step-sister, so she can quiz her over Gabe?
Will she get more than she's bargained for?
Also the threat of Arnie Gregory breathing down her neck can't be any good?
The twists and turn's that Andie manage's to include in each book is incredible, with detail begging for more.
It does end on a cliffhanger that has left me wanting more.
Will this new information put a wedge between Stella and Gabe?
I can' wait to read L-R...
I continue to be sucked in by the amazing characters and incredible dialog delivered by Andie M. Long. We pick up with Stella as she shuts down after the revelations at the end of book 1 – she just doesn't know who to trust or believe. Gabe pushes his way back into her world and provides more information about her stepfather and his father that leads to what happened with Isabel, her stepsister. Stella moves forward with her revenge plan by hiring a private detective at the same time Gabe continues their fun adventure with the alphabet. Along the way she finds out that her mother may be lost to her forever. As with the other book, Andie M. Long does a great job revealing just enough and then leaves you dangling on the doorstep waiting for the next set of answers … where or where is book 3?!?!?!
4.5 Stars!!!!
Argh, a HUGE cliffie before going to sleep is just downright cruel Andie!!!
This series is getting better and better. After the brief introduction to the "game" in book one, this next instalment is altogether longer and more captivating as you continue with Gabe and Stella's plan to bring their respective fathers to their knees whilst playing the alphabet game, which, by the way, is getting more and more interesting - "K" was a hoot!!!
I can't wait for the next instalment, that cliffie needs resolving asap!!!
Oh, My goodness!!! Just like part one. I am in love with Gabe!!!The sexual tension between Stella and Gabe is addicting. In part two Stella's BFF Ronnie gets whisked away for addiction. Stella visits her and confides in her about what she has found about about her mother and stepfather as well as Gabe and Isabel. Stella is shocked about the encounter with Gabe and Isabel and is determined to pay her a visit. of course her stepfather is right their waiting for her. Through out part two you can slowly see that Gabe and Stella are having more and more feelings for one another. Is this too much for Stella to handle? I can't wait for the 3rd book to come out.
I was given a copy of this book from the Author for an honest review!!!
WoW….. This book will leave you hanging…. I need the next instalment like yesterday…….
This story picks up where the first ended and we continue on Gabe and Stella Journey for revenge….. with of course lots of hot, steamy sex along the way.
In this instalment Gabe and Stella open up to each other and we start to learn more about them, which as a reader allow you to start to connect with them…. I loved getting to know theses characters better as it allowed the story to start to build and unfold.
Gabe and Stella are two of a kind, can they learn to trust one another and maybe become more…only time will tell.
This is a great, fast paced, hot read which will keep you needing more…. I excitedly await the third instalment in this series of novellas…..
This is the second book in the Alphabet Game series and picks up right where we were dropped off.Stella is still trying to bring down her step-father, with the help of Gabe, but can she trust him?She's conflicted and unsure of who she can trust, Gabriel included, but can't keep away from him and his alphabet game of sexuality. I found this book to be a bit slower than the first book. However, the plot against the two fathers eventually thickens, leaving lots of questions and intrigue. It's a short, easy read that kept me guessing what the next letter in the alphabet would bring. It ends quite suddenly and I have my own theory as to what will transpire but I guess I'll have to wait for the third book to see whether I'm on the right track.
I devoured it in one sitting and I will be having withdrawal symptoms until the next installment comes out. Lots of action, hot and steamy sex scenes and lots of drama packed into this installment. Well they say the best things come in small packages. Stella and Gabe's alphabet continues, despite the best efforts of some characters to drive a wedge between them as the conspiracy deepens. As Stella struggles with the reality of the situation and with who to trust, her insecurities surface, which Gabe does his best to allay. A bite sized chunk that leaves you wanting much more, with yet another cliffhanger for you to be screaming at your kindle with. I seriously can't wait for June to come around!!
When reading a book don't you try to find something in common with the character(s)? I know I do and I have found exactly that in Stella. This second book was absolutely amazing, I found myself not wanting to put it down and finding ways to read it more often(I have an hectic schedule). This book does not miss a beat as with the first book. We find more information about Stella's stepfather along with her mother that she didn't even know about, her best friend, and she lets Gabe explain his side of the situation. Not only is this book hot/steamy but is darn right funny. I enjoyed this book down to the cliffhanger and can not wait to see what transpires in the next books. A must read even a quick read for in-between books. You will not be disappointed.
I received “The Alphabet Game: Part Two- F to K” as a free ARC from the author, Andie M. Long, in return for my honest review.
Can I just say, WOW!!!!! I didn’t see that coming. These books have just sucked me in and now there was a spin that I didn’t see. I LOVE THAT in books. Now, that being said, I’m also sad, because I’m not sure what’s going to happen. I have my heart set on these two……Gabe and Stella. They fit together so well. Their chemistry is amazing and their banter is laughable.
I can’t wait for Part Three! This has quite the cliffhanger, that leaves you panting for more!
Arc provided
Another cute story! I love Stella she is sassy and down to earth. Gabe and her continue their exploration with the alphabet and seem to be connecting on a deeper level but neither of them are ready to admit it. Some issues arise that have Gabe caring for her and leaning on him. It does end in a cliffhanger while visiting her step sister in NY. I can't wait for the next one.
On a side note: One thing I missed was the letter F, I even went back and re read but still couldn't figure it out. I'd love if someone could clarify for me.
Thanks to the author for providing me a copy!
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. The story-line for this one is the same as the first you get bits and pieces of what the fathers are up to and just as the story is really getting good it stops. You have to wait for the next books to come out to fins out what is really going on. I realized that this will be anywhere from 3-4 books but the fact that you have to wait for the next one to come out without a lot being revealed in the current book is really a disappointment. I don't mind stories that continue but I would like a story that grabs my attention and has me wanting more not looking for more because it wasn't in the current book.
I received this book free for my honest review from Andie Long. She was kind enough to let me review and read book 1 as well and I loved both books out of this series so far I enjoy books with series that leave of where book one ended. Stella is still trying to find out more information but this time gets caught by her step dad. Will she get the information she needs? Will Gabe be honest and tell her the information about what she asks and about her sister? If you enjoy erotic BDSM along with mystery check this series out you won't regret it! Andie Long knows how to intrigued you for you to have to know what happens. She keeps you guessing with her cliffhangers and I enjoy that.
The game goes on and gets even more interesting. Stella and Gabe find more unusual ways to sexily work through the alphabet. This is quite a unique way to utilise all the letters and they pull it off so beautifully. The underlying story is getting further too and after the trip to her stepfathers club and the revelation that Gabe knew her sister Stella has to follow it up and she tries to get in touch with her sister to see what really happened. In the meantime Gabe and Stella are getting closer and even though Gabe insisted he wasnt looking for a relationship things are progressing. Well I can't wait for the next instalment.
I received an ARC copy if this book from the author.
I was very excited to get the chance to read the second instalment before it's release. The story leads on from book one and discover what Stella does next. You will need to have read book one first! There isn't as much sex in this book but it builds the story and we learn more about the two main characters. It does end on a cliffhanger that has left me wanting more. I cannot wait for part 3, and see how the story develops. Will Stella get her revenge on her stepfather? Hurry up book 3!
I have been one of the lucky people to receive an ARC copy for an honest review.
I really wanted more at the end and wish it didn't end where it did. Yes yes I know that's the whole point in having a series of books but I am to impatient. Really dont know if I love or Hate cliff hangers
I did find the book moves quite fast and a bit more explaining is needed here and there but maybe thats my fault for forgetting a few things that was mentioned in book 1.
Looking forward to Book 3 xx
