“I Can’t, I Won’t, No Way!” is a must have for parents and children coping with the intensity of bowel withholding. This book can be a critical tool for both parents and children attempting to navigate their way through one of the most frustrating aspects of the toilet training This book looks best in landscape mode.
We’ve been struggling with this part of potty training so out of frustration I bought this book. We’d read it on the potty and it helped! She often comes back and asks for this story or we’ll reference it when she’s struggling. So well written, and good not only for the kids, but us adults as well to understand it’s not their fault they’re having a hard time.
It is very important to be supportive of children who are having difficulty pooping in the potty. This book is funny and informative. My son liked the illustrations and asked questions. Great way to open a dialogue between yourself and your child.
Helpful book about an important topic. My son says, "It's really not a race!" a lot now regarding potty training. Not a huge fan of illustration style but like the tone of book and illustrations match it.
Very effective for my student who has autism. He had a huge fear of going to bathroom at school. After a few days of reading this book, he now has success with no tears!!! ❤️
This s such a funny and cute book. My kids are already potty trained, but they were busting out laughing at the humor in this book. It is great for those who are potty training and are not fond of pooping on the toilet yet. It is about a little boy who does not want to poop on the potty so he holds it and asks his parents to be patient and then he finally succeeds. Its just an adorable book for those who are training or already trained.
Depicts a small constipated / encopretic child that talks aloud about why he withholds. Great to help your child connect with and describe their own feelings. And everything rhymes to boot.
