He is best known for his advocacy work on behalf of web standards, most notably CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), a technique for managing how HTML is displayed. Meyer has written a number of books and articles on CSS and given many presentations promoting its use. Eric currently works for Igalia.

I didn't like the way the book was structured. It was hard to get through but I finished the book. Although short its not a book that I found enjoyable to read cover to cover.

Libro molto breve (e fortunatamente il prezzo lo riflette) ma denso di informazioni sull'uso dei font nei css.

Purtroppo diverse funzionalità presentate sono utili solo con alcuni browser e difficilmente verranno implementate in tutti in futuro, ma la maggior parte sono informazioni fondamentali per capire e usare bene i font, principalmente per il web, ma con informazioni utili anche per altri ambiti.
