Thank you Goodreads, Lee Kalpakis, and WeldonOwen (Insight Editions) for the giveaway win.

This book is beautiful. The photographs are crisp and inviting. The quality of the book is great.

The detail in planning from prep work to utensils to the recipes is a labor of love.

From one pot meals to backpack food and even canteen cocktails this book has something for everyone.

Excited to start trying out some of these recipes this summer!

Not for tent campers, which is what I was looking for, but for people with small kitchens and outdoor BBQ space. Would have loved more vegatarian receipes.
Nice pictures and the author writes beautifully about how much she likes the outdoors which is very motivating

Love the recipes in this book. We made quite a few at the cabin we rented in September. It's so nice to diversify our meals camping!
