I'll confess, I bought this as a bit of a gag at first. I was convinced all microwave cookbooks were doomed for bad ideas. Not this one. This guy has tons of recipes with very few ingredients and has used the microwaves limited capacity as an advantage with a list of well chosen vegetable dishes. For someone living in a dorm room, this would be perfect, as the recipes hit the combo of being easy, tasty, healthy, and done with few means.
