This wasn’t a “bad” book....it just wasn’t a good book. There were a few goods points, but most of it was filled with the same thing all of these types of books are filled with. It didn’t have anything special. I was looking for an easy read before bed that wouldn’t be full of action and suspense and keep me awake...i wasn’t planning on it putting me to sleep though. Lol. All in all, i agree with the message the author is trying to convey, i just have heard it a million times before.

In the book How to change the way you think by Amy Sharp the author aims to inspire individuals on how to do better in life by using her knowledge, and life experiences. Growing up Amy was never able to be stable with her parents due to the lack of money that they had. She always had to change schools, so she never had friendships. She developed a terrible relationship with money and that made her go about life all the wrong ways. She finally realized she needed to evaluate her life, and find the reason why she wasn’t happy in life. She gradually broke her self down, and rebuilded herself stronger.

I rate this book a 5/5 because my mind has reset after reading this book. Now, I’m not stating that as soon as I got done reading the book my mind changed, but it did help me view life from a birds eye view. I feel that this genre of books are very inspiring because a lot of people in life need guidance and they can find that by reading these kind of books. The author gave me suggestions that work and actually helps me in different situations. I would personally recommend this book to anyone who feels that they are struggling emotionally and financially in life.

Basic book on law of attraction, manifesting positivity , getting rid of all negativity, and staying in present moment to make it (goals) all happen.

I enjoyed the read. At some points I disagreed. I feel as though the author put too much blame on the self.

It’s a short good one to lift you up when you are feeling low, but many things were repeated.

Started out good but fell flat toward the end. Seemed like fluff rather than more action items.
