This is some decent kitschy, late-90's, domestic eye-candy if you're into that sort of thing (I am), but an utterly useless book. The "workbook" setup felt like a waste of space (and can I diatribe against spiral bound books again? holy goodness, how I loathe them). In addition, the author's attempts to make her ritzy New England estate lifestyle seem down-home and accessible were ridiculous at best and offensive at worst.
