To me, this is not a House manual; it's a 70+ page application process for potential admission into a House contract. Don't get me wrong, I never thought of starting dynamics in such a detailed way before, and I super respect it, but this book doesn't cover what most people look for in a House manual--definitions of roles, breakdown of responsibilities, standards of quality, expectations of enforcement, behavior modification & limits of authority, opportunities for advancement. A slave handed this manual wouldn't be completely in the dark, but I don't think they'd have all the tools for success either. At the very least, this book asks a lot of helpful questions for reflection.
