A Self Awareness Book

Best part of the book was to dump all negative thinking.
There are parts that are good I think someone could probably find something useful to help if this subject os an issue for them.

Helpful topics and great examples

The author covered a range of topics on the subject. The underlying message of cultivating self-worth is really the beginning of healing and learning.
