A Prickly Problem

Rate this book
Two children find a baby hedgehog at the end of autumn. They realise that it is too small to survive the winter and smuggle it into their house without their parent's knowledge. I am a mainstream and indie author, of various genres. My personal preference is children's fiction.
I was first published aged 8 but had to wait for almost 40 years before being picked up by a mainstream publisher. In between I published short stories and poetry in many different magazines. Today, well past my sell-by date, I prefer to concentrate on Ebooks of which I have at present well over 30 from adult fact and fiction, poetry to children's and young adult fiction.
My latest work is a joint author book in which US author, Al Molaison, and I share childhood memories of WWII from both sides of the Atlantic.

This is my book so of course I think it's great. It is a good read for more advanced young readers.
