This is a good introduction to Game Programming. The author makes an attempt to teach the fundamentals of Graphics Programming, which is the basis of developing a game.

If you have a foundation in Graph Theory and you understand DOM of a browser very well, then this should be breeze for you. The only Chapters that will give you deeper insight are chapters 6, 7, 8 and 9.
