Dense, highly technical (much of it comes from a level of knowledge of the spiritual technology of specialist Tantric practices that I just have don't have; though well-formed, if condensed, explanations are given) but illuminating look at the challenges on both sides of maintaining healthy relationships between spiritual mentor and mentee across highly contrasting cultures. Full of insights worth taking on board for secular practice in many areas - management, counselling, coaching and much else.
