És un llibre de reculls d'alguns assaigs o escrits de l'autor. Els 3 primers capítols (que suposen una 2/3 del llibre) parlen directament sobre la ciencia, la religió, l'evolució, els memes.... Temes que, en la meva opinó, és un gust llegir de la mà de Dawkins. En definitiva una (altra) oda al pensament crític, sense condescendències ni miraments cap a tot el que s'escapi d'aquí. En aquests capítols, com sempre que llegeixo d'ell, he disfrutat molt i m'ha servit per refrescar teories i idees que ja he pogut veure en altres llibres seus. Un 10.
Després, el llibre, es converteix en un seguit de crítiques, cartes o obituaris d' altres llibres o autors que no he llegit ni conec... Tot i que estan ben contextualitzats, aquest punt no m'ha semblat tant interesant.
Fent el símil, és com els capítols recopilatoris dels Simpsons: tampoc pasarà a la historia, però el fet de ser un concentrat de coses bones, és el que el fa interesant.
Després, el llibre, es converteix en un seguit de crítiques, cartes o obituaris d' altres llibres o autors que no he llegit ni conec... Tot i que estan ben contextualitzats, aquest punt no m'ha semblat tant interesant.
