When I saw Eleanor do this on her TV show, I was intrigued (as I'd never made a Log Cabin quilt before) so I got the book & liked it (loved it) so much, I've bought other copies for friends! It's easy to understand & while it took me much, much longer than a day to finish mine, the end product was worth it! A great book for beginners or old hands alike!

Just what I needed for the project I had in mind. I somehow sewed the second seam on the wrong side, but was able to use the diagram and complete my blocks anyway.

Inspirational story of Eleanor's persistence to learn how to make a quilt faster and teach others how to make a log cabin quilt.

Good book. Basic, but a good lesson as either a refresher or a starting point for log cabin quilting.
