i read this book because i saw it on tv a long time ago. i read the book because this week is turn off tv week.
Scooby Doo and the gang had to stop Ben from finding Sarah book of spells. Sarah was a wiccan and wanted to rule the world. at first Scooby Doo thought the hex girls were the bad people but they were not. The hex girls are cool.
