An excellent resource for teachers. I particularly like the structure of the text, which made it easy for me to find the topics I was looking for.

I not only read the book, but Dr. Reutzel was the instructor of the class I took. It is organized in a way that is very useful to teachers, with sections on the research, sections on assessments, and sections on activities. It is very research-based, as well. Very helpful, especially if you're working at a Reading First school.
