The men were many, but the message is one. Stott reviews the writings of men in scripture, summarizing their themes and his insights. Before the age of YouTube shorts, I imagine pastor's using an overview like this to provide perspective in their study. Easily, Stott is my favourite writer. The conclusion to his chapter on John's writing in Revelations was exceedingly encouraging and pastoral. I can't believe I found this at a used bookstore for $3. Don't sleep on Stott. I highly recommend this.
