Some great breakthroughs were made with this text. Bass. has an understanding of how math needs to be connected to the real world as well as providing context for its understanding in other subject matter. Great samples for teachers as well.

I was not impressed with this book. It had several mathematical errors in it. It also did not explain many of the concepts in detail. I would not use this text in the future.
