READ DEC 2009

An easy read about one leaders journey in development. Best quote, "A visionary is usually thought of as someone who can see the future clearly, without controlling it. A visionary is able to see the future and stays present without being too attached to the future" (p. 116).

Highly recommend to my friends looking to improve themselves in the workplace. Its a great way to take an honest look at areas for focus.

This is an excellent book for folks who just moved / is moving from a manager to a leadership position. Does not give you all the answers, but can shape your thinking
