These books in this series of snapshot picture library are wonderful books. They are great for non readers and for readers alike. The photos inside gives children real life look at whatever the subject of the books are. As in this one shows them all the various emergency vehicles around the world there are. Inside and out so if they should ever need one or see one they won't be scared. Text is simple but not so basic that is boring. It has just enough knowledge to teach but not enough to loose the children in reading to them. Great series of books!
