If I wanted to prepare to wage a counterinsurgency effort, especially in Iraq, I'd read this. People matter. Bombs and bullets rarely have long term results. People think *very* differently than you (or me). I'm sure it is true-to-life, but not recommended because of swearing. And this is probably *far* more restrained than actuality.
