I will be honest here and say that this was a book I was never expecting to get my hands on. This is one of the rarer Paper Tiger editions and as such finding it was a total surprise especially the quality of its binding.
The book is a celebration of how the film was realised, both in the interpretation of the book it was based upon and the artwork it inspired. What is more you see the development of the characters too and how certain scenes were created and filmed?
To say that this is a "making of ..." book really does it a disservice since it is much more although at the time of its publishing such books were a rarity and popularity had yet to catch on (as now it seems everything has a making of edition out there).
So yes I am both very pleased and impressed with this book and as such has given me a greater insight and appreciation of the film

Wonderful story to get totally lost in, it is a children's book but adults might love it as well. I mean flying on the back of a dragon who would not want that?
