Muddling through one of three tour books I bought in preparation for a trip there soon. This one I find fairly well-organized with nice specific section/chapters and even references other places in the text ahead or behind, which helps alot with itinerary planning. Was able to skip the lodging chapter since the decision was made for me, but what I've read so far assures me the author knows their stuff. Nice maps and pretty interesting history bits throughout too.

I read most of this book...right before visiting Oahu for the first time for our 33rd anniversary. It helped "round out" our experience there.

Really great book to plan my trip to Oahu. Lots of information condensed down into a usual volume. I used this book to pretty much plan my entire trip.
