Don't know much about SEO or web analytics? What about social media? This is a highly educational marketing book that will have you going back to it, even after you've read it. Definitely, a must have for business owners looking to expand their online marketing knowledge.

"Tools like websites, e-mail, social media, web analytics, search engines, and online advertising are merely marketing support systems that help build and maintain relationships and subsequently make sales." Great book and you can take an online test and get a certificate of achievement.

Great book for beginners but far too basic for anyone who's familiar with the industry. Chapter one was my favorite. The "certificate" exam is a joke as the right answer practically screams "Choose me!"; pick the longest "answer" and you'll be right nine times out of ten.
