A good and quick read for any strategist or marketing professional. Platitudes are backed up by concrete examples and real scenarios (although I do wish there were more examples and less theory). The value of this book is first inspiration, second education, if only because the education takes time, practice, and surely ongoing references back to the lessons in these pages. One to keep at your desk whether an associate or associate director.

I've read many books and articles on this topic. I review many briefs a week and still there is always more to learn. This is a good example and succinctly written. It pulls from many sources and promotes the author's seminars, but well worth reading.
