[Siren Erotic Cowboy Romance] Savannah Gibson needs a 'stud,' and time's running out. Her parents have already given her and her sisters an ultimatum. A grandchild or no trust fund. One thing keeps her who does she ask? Doctor Brandon Cooper is hot with his dark curly hair, solid chest and sexy blue eyes, but he's also a colleague and a cowboy from Montana. He steer-wrestles on his days off and rides a Harley. Thoughts of Brandon wrestling her to the bed and having a round of hot sex encompass her dreams and make her panties wet, but she doesn't want a permanent fixture in her life, especially a cowboy. Having grown up on a cattle ranch in Texas, she's learned to hate cowboys. Cows are stupid, horses are ornery, and cowboys are arrogant, selfish, commitment-phobic, mean, rotten... Can she possibly ask him to be the father of her child? ** A Siren Erotic Romance

Savannah Gibson hates cowboys. Growing up in Texas, she was surrounded by them and hated every minute of it. They’re arrogant, and think they are every woman’s dream man. Yet something about Doctor Brandon Cooper gets her heart pumping fast. She knows he is not good for her health, for as a doctor herself, she has no time for romance. Although she tries to deny the attraction, she can’t help but fall in love with Brandon. Now to make things complicated between them, she must get pregnant to keep her inheritance. She never thought parents could be so cruel, yet in a weird way she feels like she’s been played. Each time she is with Brandon, her parent’s ultimatum keeps hovering over her head. Can she trick Brandon or will a baby really bring them close together?
Doctor Brandon Cooper is a cowboy through and through, making sure nothing will change him. Being a doctor balances his life from being risky when he’s rodeoing to saving people every day as a doctor. He expected his life to be full of fun, but never expected a woman like Doctor Gibson. From their first bump into each other, Savannah has gotten under his skin. He’s not sure how it happened, but somehow he comes to love her. Finding out that she must get pregnant, and not caring who the man is, makes him jealous that another man may touch her intimately. One thing for sure is that one night with her is not enough and he’s determined to be with her forever. Can he get past this baby thing and see where there relationship can go?
Doctors are sure fun to read about. Every day they heal people, yet when it comes to their own love life they have no clue how to heal one another. Doctor Savannah Gibson is a true Texan girl trying to be a doctor and someone she is proud of. I loved that she is a doctor who really cares about her patients and gets all tongue-tied when a certain doctor pays attention to her. These two were awesome together and you can tell how in love they are for each other. Sandy Sullivan did an awesome job with these two and Strictly Professional is the first in an already great series. I loved it from the beginning to the end for Sandy kept it fast paced with not one dull moment with these two. Great thing about Strictly Professional is you get to know a little more about her sisters and her parents. Can’t wait for more!
I like sassy, witty, smart mouth heroines. I don't like heroines that are a straight up bitch, Savannah rubbed me wrong and I didn't like her at all. Even the hero called her a bitch a few times. Good thing this was fiction because sweet cowboy Dr. Cooper would have been doomed for life ending up with this one!
Another fine romance from the pen of an author who seems to be able to capture the personalities of her characters and to keep the story moving forward and the sexual tension comsistent throughout her novels. Two doctors--oh my--and hot ones at that. Both are attracted to one another but time and again there are misunderstandings and miscommunications and old prejudices which keep on rearing their heads, and you have a story that is an emotional roller coaster. I usually don't like novels that focus in on adversarial relationships, but the context of this story are just different enough that the push-pull going on between the main characters doesn't overshadow the core story which is their managing to have a happy ending together. In fact, as Sullivan manages to do time and again, the gist of the tale, the plot and storyline, keep their misunderstandings in proper proportion. I enjoyed this novel alot and am becoming more and more a Sullivan fan as time passes. I truly delightful read.
I found myself liking Brandon and feeling bad for him. Savannah was just not that likable or maybe, I did not like the plot based on having a baby for a trust fund.
