Carye Bye is the local museum expert in Portland, Oregon. She loves her adopted hometown of Portland. (She's originally from Minnesota!) and when she's not exploring her favorite city by bicycle or foot, leading bicycle tours, or curating her Bathtub Art Museum, she makes a living printing original woodcut and letterpress prints in her very own garage-studio "The Bat Cave" under the name Red Bat Press. She also enjoys bike-camping, clipping articles out of the paper, drinking tea, and borrowing the neighbors' cats.
Great collection of those places in town that you may or may not have heard of but now you know where to go and what to expect. A reference book in my house for visitors, as well as a favorite companion for my aged mom.
Great little gem of all the unique museums Portland has to offer I was surprised how many I had been to and reminded of a few other gems still to check out :)
