I listened to this via listening-books.org.uk. It is a recording of Ranulph Fiennes talking to an audience about his preparations for expeditions including the arctic that he has organised and the expeditions themselves and the people involved. There is a good amount of humour injected in to it. I found personally that there was a bit much info about the preparations and organisation than the expeditions themselves but I expect there are other books about them. It was quite a light hearted listen of 3 hours.
