Wyndward #1

Wyndward Passion

Rate this book
Comprises two previously published books: Law of the Lash (1968) and Master of Wyndward (1969). This is the first book of the Wyndward series.

At Wyndward plantation, the Turners grew tobacco and raised horses, but slaves were their most profitable product. Jonathan Turner mated bucks to wenches and produced prime black stock for sale.

To his son, Fitzjohn, also, blacks were subhuman chattel, except for one copper-skinned girl whom he cherished with a passion. Between white and black, such passion is called lust. Between Fitzjohn and Nina, lust ripened into love, and the very foundations of the Turner empire shook in the fury of the Wyndward Passion

Wyndward Passion (Mass Market Paperback)
by Norman Daniels

BDSM imagery in a historical slave setting--remember it was written in 1969--writers always serve present interests
