I really enjoyed this book... I enjoy biographies & missionary stories and this one was well written - written as a based on a true story fiction. There is a depth & honesty in it, and you can feel the longing and learning as well that he experienced. It's a good reminder that sometimes things happen for a reason and that good can come from things that seem bad. Scott learned a lot about trust and moving forward.
I enjoyed the narrator (who is also the author) & felt the book was easy to listen to.
Thank you to the author (David G Allen) for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

When he (Scott) he starts it out strangely, It's not a story until later. I almost gave up on it within the first couple of pages. I am not into biologists type stories. I kept going then when it started becoming a story it was a little better. Not sure if I like this book or not.
He has but GOD first in this story and that it a major reason for continuing on.

Emotionally Bulletproof Scott's story book 2
Very informative and interesting storyline but I did not receive the lesson that I felt was the intention of the authors to impart to the reader. Even knowing this was only the first book in a trilogy I was still left with an empty feeling and wanted more.
