Fun cookbook - great for the college grad, and the stay-at-home mom, too! We loved the Independent Pancake!

Full of bad food puns and a humorous style. Cute, easy to make recipes without a nightmare's worth of ingredients. Short and no real pictures of the food. :( I still found a few things I might try.

Many good recipes in this cookbook! Love the zesty citrus dressing and the Mojito Pork is amazing!
