This is a comprehensive look at the life and art of Grant Wood, complete with color photos of much of his famous artwork including American Gothic, portraits, and drawings for Main Street. The book includes many black and white photos of his life. What affected artwork? What was his personal life like? What experiences were especially meaningful to Wood?
