Very Dated, some practical advise but more modern advise can be found on more complete books covering, exercise, mental wellbeing and stretching.

Kind of funny and definitely dated, but I grabbed this at the library because I get stiff and sore from sitting down all day at work. It has some good tips but most of it is just common sense.
