Attitudes of Gratitude in Love: Creating More Joy in Your Relationship
Gratitude is the key. "We can have happier and more joy-filled relationships if we focus on what's right about them rather than what's wrong," writes M. J. Ryan in Attitudes of Gratitude in Love , the follow-up to her bestselling inspirational book Attitudes of Gratitude . Discover amazing gratitude benefits. Gratitude is a simple, profound practice that can change your life. Research has confirmed its many emotional and physical benefits. Kind of like a Hallmark card, but some of the sentiments are really nice.

Every book I have read by M. J. Ryan has been a treasure. Her outlook and ideas for personal growth and development are spot on. I found this so useful and am incorporating her attitude and suggestions into my life and relationship. No one is ever 100% when it comes to gratitude and I love that it is a lifelong practice and not and end goal.

Grateful for this little book :-) Short entries on the Gifts of Gratitude, having an Attitude of Gratitude, and how to Practice Gratitude. Such simple reminders to be thankful for the one precious life we've been given!

A nice reminder to be grateful in love, especially when read just a few pages at a time.

Cofounder of Conari Press and co-editor of the "Random Acts of Kindness" series, Ryan returns with another little feel-good book. Radiating enough cheer to perk up Archie Bunker, this successor to the best-selling Attitudes of Gratitude spins positive angles on being grateful for the hard work that characterizes long-term relationships (e.g., "The more you're thankful, the more you'll receive"). Each section is simple if generic and features an epigraph purer than the text. Aimed primarily at married couples, it basically screams "gift book"; if similar material (e.g., Amy Dean's Night Light) floats your boat, fine. Chicken Soup for the Soul? It's more like popcorn.
