Up to one minute long stories you need to stop after each one to reflect on them for several minutes. To me, about 30 percent of them were really good, 20 percent decent and half is meaningless, but that can well change over time.
A nice choice as an easy read. Not going to shine any light on your shadow probably, so no need to prepare for tough moments. But it definitely makes you question and even challenge the status quo.

I''ve been meaning to read more about mindfulness for a while. I even bought another book but it's warnings not to start using mindfulness when clinically depressed and there being so much to the book (I was struggling with reading) put me off. I picked this book up at the library and its been perfect. Each page has a short passage to read and reflect on. In a subtle way it introduced mindfulness to me and made me reflect. This is a book which would be ideal to dip in and out of.

being a ardent osho reader, dint expect much at the first place from this book but it is a must read. short, hitting the nails head in every chapter. unlearn yourself and read it, u won't regret.better than robin Sharma's books

Definitely made me think - but I imagine it's better as a book that you buy and dip into when you want to, rather than read in a short space of time as you've borrowed it from a library!

So much pseudo-spiritual nonsense. And but just a couple of good ideas.
