Horrible use of commas. Bat the content is so meaningful that, well, I think I can pardon them... thanks for this book. I believe it will be essential in my PhD project.

I am glad that they chose a first-grade lesson on subtraction as the focus for the entire book because it shows the depth of discussion that improves teacher understanding of how students learn and the importance of each teacher decision even from such a basic math concept!!!
