This book has really great information for the beginning, intermediate and advanced kickboxers. Everything you ever wanted to know about how to kick, plus some great workouts to get you to the next level. The only reason I took off a star, is that it could have been condensed into only the kicks, punches and workouts without the history of kickboxing.
