So, we are house hunting. This is the first book I've picked up on the subject and while I really wish the library had the updated version (even the update was from 2003, for pete's sake), I did learn a lot from this book. I feel like I understand the mortgage process better, and it gave some good advice about home inspections, etc.

This book is very helpfull. very easy too read.
