It's a cute story of overcoming hatred with loving kindness. My girls really enjoyed it. The illustrations are fun.

When the meanest knight in the kingdom challenges Duke, what does Duke do? In this book, you will read about how no matter what the mean knight did to Duke, Duke was nice in return. This book is really inspirational and can teach children a lot about turning the other cheek and being nice to those who aren't that nice to you. Moral lessons are great for children and I feel like this book teaches a really awesome one.

Veggies tales makes me giggle. I love the wit, the banter, the style. And I was totally captivated by the colorful illustrations. Any kid would love to sit and stare at this book for a while, even before they could read it. Great message too, on kindness.

Not as good as other VeggieTales, this one seems a bit more mundane following a very traditional story arc. Then again, it sis a kid's book.

Read with Nolan. He said if someone doesn't have a friend, offer to be their friend. Be nice.
