There was a lot of pretty helpful information regarding the metaphysical aspects of crystals, however I wasn't a big fan of the layout of the book. It didn't feel very organized or easy to read, and felt as though you had to really jump around the book to piece everything together.

This book was very boring, unless you are interested in reading a book that mostly talks about crystals that help clear your chackras you don't want to read it.
