3.5 but went with 4 because I am going to have others in our congregation read it and I'm going to implement quite a few boosters.
Yes, as others have pointed out, some of the boosters are dated, some are only good for big churches, and some are not going to work depending on your denomination.
However, there are some really great boosters in here, especially for a church that either does not do much with their education program or looking to completely revamp it. "Ongoing Projects" is probably the most useful section but there's stuff in each section that can be implemented by any church.

Some good ideas but sadly out of date in terms of kid culture and technology. Would be happy to see an updated version.
