A comprehensive guide and the one-stop resource for use of theories of health education, health behavior, and health promotion to plan and implement health interventional programs. It manages to collate various theories in a single resource all in an easy, jargon-free language. Must-read for beginners in public health or those interested in health promotion and behavior.
