Not exactly what I had expected but I was glad I read it. There are a lot of valuable lessons that can be learnt from this book. Especially if you're trying to formulate and maintained a relationship with God.

Great book on embracing singleness. Favorite chapters were on sex and codependency. First book that I read when author shared when God told her He wants her to remain single. I liked how she encouraged having spiritual children if you don’t have earthly children

I really liked this book. Lately, I've been reading a lot of books written for single Christian women. The last one I read wasn't so great, but this one was just the kind of resource that I was looking for. The author was honest, relatable, and transparent. She also talked about something that I thought I'd never hear another woman say: some women are called to singleness; not every woman will become a wife. I know that this is not what most women want to hear, but I thought that that particular message was very improtant-seeing as how most women feel inadequate and incomplete without a man in their life. She made it clear that marriage was designed to be a good thing, but so was being single. She pointed out the pros and cons of both situations. I would probably read this book again as a source of reference, and I would definelty recommend it to some single ladies that I know.

This book was definitely not what I was looking for. It was more about spirituality and your love for God than a book about how to live a fulfilling life as a single woman. I'm returning it back to Amazon for a refund.
